A green purée that your baby will not be able to say no to! This fresh and naturally sweet purée is full of potassium, iron, fiber and vitamin A, and will easily become your little one’s favorite on-the-go combo. Bananas might just be the first on-the-go treat from mother nature and they are a perfect food to carry around with you for baby. They even come in their own “wrapper.” Just make sure to toss any leftover peels or half eaten bananas from your diaper bag at the end of the day, because from my personal experience, it’s no fun cleaning up weeks old smushed bananas from the bottom of your bag!
To Make On-The-Go:
When ready to feed baby, open a banana and place half of it in a serving bowl (you can eat the other half for your snack :). Then smash it with the back of a fork until smooth. Add in the desired amount of peas, green beans & avocado purée and mix until well incorporated. Serve to baby.
This purée is perfect for Stage 2, or about 6 months in age.
