Guava, Pear & Strawberry Purée

What you’ll need:

• 3 cups peeled chopped Bartlett pear
• 4 guavas, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup hulled chopped strawberries

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 4 servings

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, place pear with just enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender; drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, in a separate small saucepan, place guava with just enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender; drain well. Push through fine mesh sieve set over a bowl. Discard any solids.
  3. Transfer pear and guava along with strawberries to baby food maker. Purée in batches until very smooth.
