Meet the Team
Dianne
Jacobs
President & CEO
Dianne Jacobs joined Beech-Nut Nutrition as President and CEO in 2020, bringing extensive consumer packaged goods (CPG) leadership experience with a focus on health, natural products, and infant nutrition.
Prior to Beech-Nut, Jacobs held senior roles at Novartis and Nabisco and served on the boards of two baby food start-ups.
Sunita
Adams
Vice President of Marketing
Sunita Adams joined Beech-Nut Nutrition in 2021 overseeing marketing, innovation, and external manufacturing. Her 25 years in the food industry, including management positions at Kraft Foods and Nabisco, developed her expertise in natural & organic foods and infant nutrition.

Barrios
Vice President of Sales
Mark Barrios joined Beech-Nut Nutrition in 2022 bringing over three decades of experience in food CPG, including U.S. & global executive leadership roles at Campbell’s, Wrigley, Dean Foods, and family-owned Reily Foods.
Kevin
Morosko
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Morosko joined Beech-Nut Nutrition in 2015 and has over 19 years in the CPG industry. Recently appointed CFO in 2024, Morosko oversees finance & controlling, legal, and information technology.
Before Beech-Nut, he held various supply chain, forecasting and finance roles across the Procter & Gamble product portfolio.

Jacobs
Vice President of Quality Assurance & Technical Services
Jason Jacobs joined Beech-Nut Nutrition in 2013 and has 25 years in the food industry. Jacobs focuses on food safety and product innovation, introducing new jars, snacks and pouches to our product portfolio.
Before joining Beech-Nut Nutrition, Jacobs worked in technical leadership roles for Sensient Flavors and Red Gold.

LeBlanc
Senior Manager of Human Resources
Ashley LeBlanc joined Beech-Nut Nutrition in 2017 and supports a diverse workforce of approximately 300 administrative and Union associates. She brings 14 years of HR experience in CPG and food manufacturing, with former roles at Bimbo Bakeries USA and Freihofer’s.

Karismalis
Vice President of Supply Chain
John Karimalis recently joined Beech-Nut Nutrition. He brings extensive operational leadership experience across a variety of manufacturing companies, including Dawn Foods, Bose Corporation, PepsiCo, and Ford Motor Company, where he achieved Six-Sigma Black Belt certification.
Beech-Nut is a subsidiary of Hero AG of Lenzburg, Switzerland, a global leader in consumer goods and infant feeding.
