PB & Puree Sandwich
This easy, protein-packed snack or lunch recipe for your toddlers and older children comes from our partner Eileen Thomas, RDN, CSP, LD. She’s a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and is Board Certified as a Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition. She put together this recipe as an easy (and healthy!) way to make a classic PB&J into something slightly healthier — and as a great way to use up baby food jars from your cabinet!
