This easy, protein-packed snack or lunch recipe for your toddlers and older children comes from our partner Eileen Thomas, RDN, CSP, LD. She’s a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and is Board Certified as a Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition. She put together this recipe as an easy (and healthy!) way to make a classic PB&J into something slightly healthier — and as a great way to use up baby food jars from your cabinet!

Cut down on added sugar! A twist on an old classic. Swapping out the jelly for a Beech-Nut® Naturals fruit puree cuts down on sugar while adding vitamins and fiber! Your older baby will love this and so will you!
